by Hsuan Chueh of Yung Chia / Yoka Genkaku

English version by Robert Aitken
Original Language Chinese

There is the leisurely one,
Walking the Tao, beyond philosophy,
Not avoiding fantasy, not seeking truth.
The real nature of ignorance is the Buddha-nature itself;
The empty delusory body is the very body of the Dharma.
Poetry Chaikhana | Hsuan Chueh of Yung Chia / Yoka Genkaku - [1] There is the leisurely one (from The Shodoka)

Adam and Lilith are in the Garden.  Adam is asleep.  He is dreaming that God has taken his rib and formed compliant Eve.  He is dreaming the history of the western world.  Wake up, Adam!!
