Daily Tao - 48

we try to learn something new every day.

But if we want to get right with Tao,
we have to let go of something every day.

We do less and less,
until we end up doing nothing.
And it's when we do nothing
that we get the job done.

Let events take their course,
and everything will turn out
in your favor.
If you act on your ambitions,
they will never pan out.

The Beatrice Tao.

Daily Tao - 48

nd we know less and less
until we know only that we know nothing
then we are wise
then we are home.

On Freedom (From Kahlil Gibran's The Prophet

"...And how shall you rise beyond your days and
nights unless you break the chains which you at the
dawn of your understanding have fastened around
your noon hour?

In truth that which you call freedom is the strongest
of these chains, though its links glitter in the sun
and dazzle your eyes.
And what is it but fragments of your own self you
would discard that you may become free?..."
