Re: ?
Oh, yes very much. I look at hundreds of prayers and poems that i do not post because they do not speak to me. The ones i post all speak to me in an important way. This does not mean that i believe or cherish every word in every prayer or poem, but each one says something i think is very important.

Re: gym junkies!
I am going to go through all my recent posts to see if i can figure out what i might have said to give you the impression that that i hang our in gymnasia. My spouse, Dianne, is a near invalid who must spend most of her waking hours in a wheelchair; and i don't leave her leave her side for more than a couple hours at a time to go shopping, or to a monthly meeting with a group i like. In fact, i have become so sedentary that blood pressure, which i have had under pretty good control for years, has started to go up. I suspect lack of activity is at least partially to blame. I wish Dianne could be a "gym junkie", though i prefer long walks out of doors for myself.

I wish i had as good a sense of humor as you do, because i like to make people laugh, but in this case, i am afraid i am spoiling your fun.

Dianne is Roman Catholic. I go to Church with her because i love her. If i were not married i would probably go to to a Unitarian Church or a Buddhist temple or nowhere at all. Like you, i find my spiritual food elsewhere, in nature, in reading, or in private devotion. Church is ok and sometimes wonderful, but there are too many things in Christian Churches that distract me from my path.
